The Bonnet Yoga Challenge

The purpose of the Bonnet Yoga Challenge is to take the pressure off of getting dolled up and encourage more women to practice yoga right before and after bed as part of their morning and nighttime ritual in their bonnet or headwrap. This challenge will take place during Women’s History Month, the entire month of March 2019. Video or photo entries using the hashtag #BonnetYogaChallenge are eligible to win weekly gifts and a grand prize gift basket with routine related wellness items donated by our generous Black-owned sponsors.

  • The first 3 days of March (and every Friday-Sunday) will be freestyle flows so, yogi's choice on vinyasa flow or pose

    • March 1-3: Freestyle Bonnet Flow

    • March 4-7: Head, Neck & Shoulders

    • March 11-14: Hips

    • March 18-21: Core

    • March 25-28: Restorative Flow

    • Fridays - Sundays: Freestyle Flow

Yoni Yoga & Vibrational Healing

Join us EVERY OTHER SUNDAY for this guided, moving meditation focused on your yoni (Sanskrit: sacred womb, vagina), followed by vibration healing featuring singing bowls, tuning forks. During the practice, women build strength in their pelvic floor, open throughout their hips, and tap into their divine feminine energy. Yoni Egg use is completely optional but recommended. 

LIT YOGA

Living. Inspiring. Transformation.

This fun, glow-in-the-dark yoga class set to hip-hop instrumentals is led by the rhythmic sounds of a guided moving meditation. Participants get adorned in luminous tribal face paint under the black lights. Enjoy sweating, letting go, and getting lit through continuous movement and literally glowing in the dark.

It's LIT! 

Chair Yoga

This gentle style of yoga can be done from a seated position in any type of chair and incorporates the breathing, postures, and mind/body benefits of a traditional yoga class. For those that just "don't bend that way", or may have physical limitations that will prevent them from moving down to (and up from) the floor. Chair Yoga classes are generally 20 - 45 minutes including Chair savasana. All that's needed is you and a chair.
